Yipeeee.....i'm back from the Young Indians National Summit all knoweledgeble. Indeed it was a awakening call. All the sessions were very interesting except for 1 or 2. The inugaral address by K.V Kamath's set the ball rolling in the right direction...he said this was right time to be born in india as it is at the realm of the growth. And we would continue growing if we do not commit the 'bad' mistakes which other growing economies committed. He emphasized on the point the we need inclusive growth, growth which is structually diffrent from that of the other contries so that we can sustain it for long time. He said we are growing at 10% rate and giving new dimensions to growth, like other ecomies we are not dependent on Manufacturing but on Knowledge Ex IT industry .

The four key things he stressed on were:

Right skilling : education is major challenge our country is facing hence accoring to Mr. Kamath we need right skilling which meet the demands of the job market. For this we need to change the cirriculum at the school level and the corporate need to make this point.

Health: the government needs to play a huge role here and hence corporates need to involve government

Water : the need for Clean water.

Globalisation: On who's terms should globalisation happen
